GlamResets publishes printable and fillable room-planning guides for US homeowners and long-term renters. This website, the guides sold through it and the companion pages that support them are operated by GlamResets, 3234 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, Delaware 19808, USA.
You can reach a human through the contact page. Throughout this document, "we", "us" and "our" mean GlamResets; "you" means you, the person using this site or the products bought from it.
By browsing this site, buying a guide or downloading a file, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or buy anything from it.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to buy from us.
These terms work alongside three other documents, and all four apply together: our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Disclaimer.
Every GlamResets product is a digital download. No physical item is shipped to you at any point. When you buy a guide you receive PDF files, delivered immediately after your payment is confirmed.

You also get access to the live shopping companion page referenced inside the guide, which we keep current after your purchase for as long as we reasonably can.
Any PDF reader will open and print all three editions. The two self-calculating worksheets need a viewer with full PDF form support to total themselves — Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and works reliably. Some in-browser PDF previews accept typing but will not recalculate. This is a limitation of those viewers, not a fault in the file, and is not grounds for a refund on its own.
You are buying a personal-use license for one household. You do not buy the copyright, and we do not transfer ownership of the work to you.
If you want to use a guide with a team, a class or clients, write to us through the contact page. We are happy to discuss it; we just need it agreed in writing first.
All prices are shown in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Depending on where you live, your local tax authority may require sales tax or VAT to be added; where that applies it is shown before you confirm payment.
Payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. Delivery is automatic and immediate: a download link is shown on screen and sent to the email address you give at checkout.
If your download does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder first, then message us through the contact page with the address you used and we will resend it. A delivery problem is always fixable and never a reason to lose what you paid for.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a purchase you have already completed.
If a guide is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. We ask you to tell us in one line what fell short; your refund does not depend on the answer.
Separately, and with no time limit at all, we put right any case where you did not receive what you paid for — a download that never arrived, a file that will not open, a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, or a product that is not what the sales page described.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site or its systems, interfere with its normal operation, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other visitors, introduce malicious code, or use it for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, or to a specific download, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken. Where we do that and you have paid for a product you have not been able to use, we will refund you.
All content on this site and inside our guides — the writing, the page layouts, the worksheets, the diagrams, the illustrations, the research compilation, the GlamResets name and the visual identity — belongs to GlamResets or is used by us under license. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law.
Nothing in these terms grants you any right in our trademarks or branding.
The photographic room scenes, mood boards and material swatches in our guides are AI-generated illustrations produced for GlamResets. They show atmosphere, proportion and material relationships. They are not photographs of real rooms, real products or completed client projects, and this is stated inside the guide as well as here.
Our guides and companion pages name real products sold by third-party retailers, and record prices observed on a stated date. We do not sell those products, we do not control their price or availability, and we are not responsible for anything you buy from another company.
Some outbound links may be affiliate links, meaning we could earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. This never changes what we recommend or what we say about it. Our full disclosure is on the Disclaimer page.
We put real work into accuracy. Figures in our guides are sourced, dated and recorded in a research log that ships with the product, and where a figure could not be verified we say so instead of estimating it.
Even so, the guides are supplied as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that the content is complete, current, or suitable for your particular room, building or circumstances. Prices, product lines and manufacturer specifications change constantly, and building codes differ by state, county and municipality.
Nothing we publish is professional building, electrical, plumbing, structural, environmental, legal, tax or financial advice. Please read the Disclaimer in full — it matters more than any other page here, because the work described in our guides can involve real hazards.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published on this page at the moment you buy is the version that applies to that purchase. The date at the top of this page always tells you when it last changed. Material changes will be flagged clearly rather than slipped in.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you live somewhere whose consumer-protection law gives you rights that cannot be contracted out of, nothing here takes those rights away.
